The refrigeration system is used to ensure that the coffee is kept at the finest possible quality as it is being ground. Compak R-120 can grind up to 3.1 pounds of coffee a minute and with its bag holder and leveler it is ideal for busy environments when ground coffee is consistently required.
The grinding discs have been carefully designed to provide the perfect coarseness of coffee and they can be re-sharpened when necessary.
For the professional user a Compak R-140 coffee grinder is a good choice, as it is designed to cope with constant use and is fast, efficient and good value for money. The settings are very simple as there is no calculation to be made, just select the type of grind needed and the machine will provide the correct size of coffee grounds. The display is illuminated so it is easy to see exactly what the setting the machine is on. It can grind 4.75lb coffee in one minute, which is handily the size of the hopper. The 1500 watt motor provides excellent performance.
