Darwin talks about how man is human and an animal and not having dominion over animals as our Bible suggests. He suggests man has to bare the same force that nature forces on all animals of the earth. Ribbons were tied to trees to show a blessing of love, healing and prosperity. To tie a ribbon around an old oak tree is commonly seen today to represent the loss of a love one. This tradition was created long, long ago and will continue on as time goes on.
