For some of you reading this article, you will remember a time when there were small mom and pop stores in each neighborhood. Eventually, bigger stores moved in and now major stores like Wal-Mart are here now, selling food. Well, times are still changing. You can sit at your computer and order your food (meals) for this month and have it delivered to your door step.
Smart Cooking will launch August 14, 2010 and provide an individual the opportunity to capitalize on this shift. Everybody eats food in one fashion or another. It is estimated that an average family spends about $6,000 a year on food. Every day people spend time thinking about what they will eat for that day. It is on the minds of millions of people every single day!
The philosophy for the company is that if you eat the right portion of good, quality foods, your body will adjust to its proper body weight.
You may ask, "How is food that is shipped through a delivery system going to taste?" Well, the food is prepared by a top chef and nutritionist and then packaged. You order the food in 7 day or 28 day packs and it is delivered in dry ice to you. You simply put the packaged food in your freezer and it lasts up to six months. You can microwave, boil or cook the food at your convenience.
Smart Cooking is located in Dallas, Texas and prides itself on offering high quality health food. It all started with a dream to help people get the right food, feel better and look better. Also, at the same time, for the people that want to take advantage of being in business for themselves, they can tap into the Smart Cooking business plan.
I will talk about that in more detail in my next article called "Smart Cooking Careers". Meanwhile, let's see where you can save time, save money, eat better, feel better and look better.
You can save time because all you need to do is order your package from the comfort of your home, right from the internet. The 28 pack cost about $12-$13 a day and you get healthy food that can make you feel better. As your body adjusts to the food, it starts to become your proper build size and you will look better.
