Online faxing is basically what the name sounds like – faxing done online. Here’s how it works. When sending a fax, you simply attach the document you want to send to an email. The provider that you sign up with then translates that information into a legible form so that the information or data can be sent across the recipient’s fax line. Within seconds, the recipient receives the fax either through a regular fax machine or through their online fax system. No more need to dial a number on a fax machine, no more need to insert paper into the fax machine and no more need to wait by the machine to see if the fax went through or not.
