How to use the Nokia 6700 Web

It's very easy to browse any website on the Internet with the Nokia 6700 built in browser. The browser supports all WAP 2.0 functionality allowing you to connect to the Internet easily in 3G supported areas.

Using the browser is straight forward and intuitive and you can easily surf the Web!

To start a web session, select Menu then Web.

You can also use the shortcut to start the browser. Press and hold 0 in the Home screen.

You can also easily browse the web in the Bookmarks view which performs the same favourite functionality as would for example Internet Explorer, simply scroll through andselect a bookmark.

To start a new web browsing session from scratch, enter a web address in the field that opens automatically. Then select Go.

After you make a connection to the website, you can start moving around the web page and browsing its web pages.

To move around the page use the scroll keys.

Press * and # to zoom in and out to view images and to read text on the page.

To enter a new web address, go to Options, then select Go To, then, New Web Page. It's that simple!

The Nokia 6700 browser application detects if a web page contains RSS feeds.

If web feeds are available, to subcribe to a feed select, Options, Subscribe To Web feeds. This will make the feed available for you to read at your pleasure.
