After taking the time and going to all the expense of installing an outdoor cat enclosure for your cat then it is only natural you will want to make the interior as comfortable and restful as possible.

If the cat house has been structured so it has a large exterior grassed area for your cat to roam around in, then there will most likely be enough room to install some landscape features. Cats like to sharpen their claws on something they can dig into and all that is required for the inside of your enclosure is something like a tree branch or even a piece of wood with a piece of old carpet nailed to it will do.
