Stock market has always captured the interest of common people. Most of the people are either trading or dealing in stock in order to get high returns. People today prefer to buy or sell reputed companys stocks according to the market statistics. And before investing they do conduct a stock research so as to take proper decision. Stock certificates of well known organization or the ones with scandals are very reputable and in demand. Most of the people would want to check out the stock certificates of the interested organization. While many like collecting stock certificates. There are many such websites that provide you your desired stock certificate. They provide stock certificate on ordering, condition or want-lists etc.
Stock certificate is one of the proofs of ownership to shareholders. By which they signify the holder of particular shares and also determine the rights and privileges of the equity they hold. Shareholders enjoy benefits to vote in annual general meeting; also they enjoy voting for the officers of corporation. They have the right to ask questions about their shares to the management. Stock certificates are issued when a person buys a stock in a particular organization and that is termed as value in shares of that corporation. Shareholders are the actual owners of the organization, as they buy the shares of the organization. The profit on the same is distributed to them in terms of equity as per their shares value.
Stock trading has always been fascinating because of its fluctuating nature. And because of this nature, it has been successful in acquiring good amount of attention from people. There are some who like collecting old stock certificates. Interestingly, this practice of collecting old certificates is called scripophily. This practice was soon converted into hobby and it gained popularity in 1970s. The ones who collects these certificates are history buffs. Owning a piece of paper gives them pleasure as it may be handled by famous financer or by their favorite financer.
The art of stock certificates was developed during 70s. Since then people have always been involved in this hobby. There are various reasons behind this collection; stock certificate must have been issued during a particular event like a civil war, confederate institution or veteran organizations. The certificates could have been signed by a famous financial personality like John D. Rockeller or J.P. Morgan. Also, some people prefer stock certificates which are issued in maximum numbers for example Bonds for $1,000,000 or more, stock certificates for more than 10,000 shares or less than 10 shares. Also people prefer unissued documents because they are always in better conditions than the issued ones.

Then the best thing to do is to gift him the unique stock certificates of the famous financial figures or the other kinds of stock certificates as per his proclivity.
