As a result of this, India is now the second largest nation in having most English speaking citizens. This statistic is not just based on what they have in India but the companies they built and based in UK and US.

Another reason why India becomes a hotspot in outsourcing is because of its government policies. Due to overwhelming support given to outsourcing in India and around the world, the government decided to invest to ensure its continuous growth exponentially. As of now, its value has now increased way beyond what it used to be when it got started.

The financial stability which India has been enjoying for the last sixty years gives India a distinctive edge over other countries in outsourcing. It has a GDP rate of 9.2 per cent and its infrastructure and status continues to improve in the services provided.

Since India has proven herself in talent and compentency, businesses from around the world are now eyeing it as one of the main countries to outsource their tasks to.
