A popular homeowner complaint is that there is never enough room. The longer people live in a home, the more possessions they collect. The placement or addition of shelves can drastically change the complexion of a storage unit. One other factor to consider is whether the cabinets actually need a door. This will allow for slightly oversized items to fit on a shelf that would otherwise be inadequate.
