Any dog owner knows that their dog is part of the family and would not feel complete unless their feline friend was also part of their family holidays. Keeping this in mind, many dog friendly holiday options are now available across the country.
So what does a dog friendly holiday entail? It means that you can stay in a hotel, guest house, self catering cottage, apartment, caravan or even go camping with your dog. Also, you can find cafes, pubs and restaurants that welcome you and your dog, as well as take your dog on dog friendly beaches and country walks. For an ideal dog friendly holiday, it is wise to take your dog on interesting walks along coastal paths, and find accommodation that will give clean water and treats. Staying at a place with large grounds and an area for a dog wash is also key.
