It's so important to plan your new wardrobe closets carefully if you want to avoid costly mistakes. Rushing into a bad purchase may leave you paying the price for a long time to come.
Now is the perfect time to declutter. Take everything out of your bedroom wardrobes, and scrutinise each item. When did you last wear it? Does it still fit? Will you really where it again? If you haven't worn it in the last year, there's a 95% chance you'll never wear it again. So get rid, donate to charity, or hold a car boot sale and make some extra cash towards paying for your your new wardrobe closets.
One item to consider purchasing before you finalise your wardrobe design, are space saving hangers. The Slim Anti Slip Velvet Hangers are designed to keep clothes in place while not taking up much space. Velvet, anti slip covering on each hanger keeps clothes from slipping off onto the floor. Designed with a slim profile, these hangers don't take up nearly as much space as regular, bulkier hangers, great for freeing up wardrobe space. So you may not need as much hanging space as you thought! Or you could just fill up all that extra space with lovely new clothes!
Once you've done this and you know exactly what storage space you need you can start to plan the interiors.
The first stage of your wardrobe plans is to consider everything you're going to store in them and measure accordingly. How many pairs of shoes do you need to store? Do you have any large items, or hat boxes for example? Ensuring that these will fit on to any shelf space is crucial. Imagine starting to fill your lovely new wardrobe only to find half the stuff doesn't fit in!
From this you can decide how much hanging space you'll need, how much shelf space and whether you want to incorporate any basket or drawers into your new wardrobe plans.
Measure the space you have and draw your plans to scale, graph paper helps to do this. You can then make sure everything will fit in the space that you have.
Nest you can either purchase a DIY kit and build the wardrobe your self, build it from scratch or find dome-one who can do this for you.
Of course once you've designed your great new interiors, you'll want to fit the best wardrobe sliding doors online!
