Which is the best, houses or condominiums? Houses and condominiums are known today as some of the most popular and in-demand types of housings in the country. One type of housing became in-demand due to its affordability and modern benefits, while the other became popular because of its luxurious benefits that suits the needs of wealth Filipinos. So which of these are the best?
Traditional vs. Modern Housings
Houses are considered today as types of traditional housings due to the fact that these types are the basic types of housings in the Philippines, while condominiums are considered as the modern types of housings in the market.
Each type of Philippines properties for sale is known to offer different benefits that can cater to the needs of different Filipinos. And each type of housing can offer unique benefits that allowed them to become the two most popular types of housings in the Philippines.
The Traditional Houses in the Philippines
Traditional usually means old. However, there are several reasons why houses are still popular and in-demand even though its benefits are not as beneficial compared to modern types of housings in the Philippines. Some of which includes the fact that houses are the only types of housings that can be considered as an ancestral home, while others still believed that houses are still the only types of housings necessary for a growing Filipino family.
However, there are other reasons why houses are still considered as one of the most in-demand types of Philippines properties for sale today. One of which is because of affordability. According to many Filipinos, the cost of a single condominium unit in business and commercial districts or a townhouse unit is enough to purchase 2 story house in neighboring cities, such as in Caloocan City and in some parts of Quezon City.
There are also a number of new houses in the market that can offer new benefits that can conform to the modern needs of Filipinos. This is because these new houses are found in exclusive housing communities, similar to subdivisions, around the outskirts of Metro Manila. And similar to condominium complexes, these new housing communities can also offer new benefits such as swimming pools, parks, and playgrounds.
The Modern Condominiums in the Philippines
Condominiums first became popular in the Philippines when it was introduced as a type of housing that can cater to the needs of modern Filipinos. This is because these types of housings are mostly found in business and commercial districts. In addition to that, the reason that made condominiums even more popular and modern is because these are the only types of housings in the middle of a busy district that can offer amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and sports complexes.
There are also a number of condominiums found outside the city and are mostly in the outskirts or even in the provinces. These types of condominiums are known as condominium complexes, and these types of Philippines properties for sale are known to cater to the needs of modern Filipino families with its serene environment as well as luxurious collection of amenities.
