You save your money for weeks just to buy these authentic designer bags that you long wished for. You even wait for a discount in the mall just to buy the said authentic designer bags. But how can you be sure that what you have got is really authentic?
The newest Marc Jacobs handbags, the fashionable Prada messenger bags, and authentic Fendi purses, all sound good right? But what will be more disgusting to know is when the moment you found out that all of these are not really the authentic one. Regretful, you are.
Because of the popularity of these designer bags, we cannot stop those people to rampantly imitate them. But all that we can do is to be aware of their modus operandi for us to avoid their false products and save ourselves from buying them.
Determining the genuineness of any product can be a little tricky, especially when talking about these designer bags but if you already know the basics, you will be able to spot a fake in just a few seconds.
One of the best ways to make sure that your new handbag is authentic is by looking at the bag per se. Designer handbags are popular and costly simply because of the fact that they are made from high quality materials. Examine the stitching. There should be no loose or missing stitches, the color of the thread should match the main color of the bag and the stitches should be evenly spaced. If the handbag is leather, the logo should be engraved, not just simply printed on the leather.
Compare and contrast. Inspect the bag from the authentic one displayed from stores in malls.
Never buy in flea markets, kiosks and unknown websites that offer and sell the said designer bags. Also don’t trust the bags that came from countries like China and Mexico.
Check the names. Prada for example is a favorite. Make sure that the bag names are correctly spelled and embroidered. Like Prada, it is sometimes spelled as "Frada" or "Parada" just to cite an example.
Most of the authentic bags come with authenticity card which has manufacturers logo embossed on it together with the information about the bag.
Think twice. If the product offer is too good to be true, then it is. Let us face the truth that these designer bags are really of an expensive kind. And availing cheaper ones is the same as facing with negatives. Do you actually think the designer is going to give these people such great deals so they can pass them on to you? Probably no!
Check the serial number. Not all designers put a serial number on their bags but many of them do. So have a look and see if you can find it.
These are simple yet helpful tips that can help you avoid in buying those fake ones. Be an intelligent customer and make sure that you spend your money on the authentic one!
