Looking only at Buckhead condos was the plan for Chuck and Lily when they wanted to move out of downtown Atlanta after Chuck retired from being an airline pilot. It's not that they didn't like downtown Atlanta, they felt it was time for them to move to a different place and be closer to people their own age. After all, it seemed like all the young professionals liked to congregate by living in many of the condos in downtown Atlanta.
Chuck and Lily had their time in the spotlight of youth, now it was time for them to move to a sophisticated neighborhood with contemporary neighbors. That's why Chuck and Lily wanted to live in Buckhead so they could still have reasonable access to the city, but also have the opportunity to get out of the Atlanta area without much trouble.Chuck and Lily were able to find the perfect condominium for them in a building called The Aramore. They purchased a two-bedroom, two-bath condo for $257,000. That's about $100,000 less than the two-bedroom condo they sold near Olympic Park. A good deal, to be sure.
Life at the Aramore turned out to be quite pleasant for Chuck and Lily. They could take their little yorkie for walks on the trail behind the building or to one of the parks nearby. There are a fair number of shops and boutiques nearby for Lily to initiate the cavalry
charge of her credit cards on her shopping trips.
On a more serious note, though, both Chuck and Lily are thoroughly pleased at the value for their money they receive with their condominium at the Aramore. It goes without saying that living in the Buckhead area of Atlanta capitalizes on the meaning of fine living. With a number of buildings inside the Buckhead family offering
such high-end amenities like valet parking, 24-hour concierge, doorman, swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness room, and a myriad of other amenities that are offered to make you feel like royalty, it's no wonder the condos in Buckhead are highly coveted by those who can afford them.
If you're worried about paying as much as a half-million dollars for a condo in Buckhead, you shouldn't be worrying about that. There are plenty of condominiums for sale of the two-bedroom, two-bathroom variety for somewhere around $300,000. That's a relative steal in comparison to what you were originally thinking. However, there are
condos in Buckhead that do go for $500,000 and up. Of course, you will have access to a wider range of amenities and services. Not to mention that the condo you buy will be tastefully appointed with nothing but the best in kitchen appliances, windows, drapes, bath fixtures, and the like. When spending that kind of money, you should be treated like royalty.
Hopefully you'll be able to find a condo in Buckhead and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. Because once you buy one, you'll be so glad you did yourself a favor and looked at Buckhead condos in the first place.
