Recently there has been flair in construction industry; there are these mobile homes which break even the monopoly of site-built homes. Once these mobile homes were in market and gained a lot of popularity people went on renting them out for certain purposes, not only in form of homes but also as portable shops, recreation places and mobile parks. In addition to providing space, these mobile homes can provide basic utilities such as water, sewer, electricity, or natural gas and other amenities such as community rooms, pools, and playgrounds. So many companies started providing these mobile homes on rent as mobile parks.
There are more than 35,000 mobile home parks in the United States ranging in size from 5 to over 1,000 home sites. Although most parks appeal to meeting basic housing needs, some communities specialize towards certain segments of the market. Further these mobile homes are divided as mobile home parks, recreation parks, movable shops and other portable industries. Another subset of mobile home parks, seasonal communities are located in popular vacation destinations or are used as a location for summer homes. These mobile home parks also allow people to arrange certain festivals and gatherings in that mobile home. Newer homes are particularly coming as two sectioned mobile homes that tend to be built with much higher standards than their previous versions were and meet the building codes applicable to most areas. This has led to a reduction in the rate of value depreciation of most used units. The material used in these modern mobile homes especially for parks is much better in quality and are long lasting too.
Additionally, modern homes tend to be built from materials similar to those used in site-built homes rather than inferior, lighter-weight materials that were initially used. They are also more likely to physically resemble site-built homes. Often, the primary differentiation in appearance is that factory built homes tends to have less of a roof slope so that they can be readily transported underneath bridges and overpasses as height is a factor in transporting these mobile homes. Recently the sales of two sectional modern mobile homes exceed the sales of the single section mobile homes and quite evidently for numerous reasons. These double sectioned mobile homes are used these days because they provide a better capacity of storage and organized too. The two sectioned modern mobile homes also seem to be more like site built homes and have resemblance to those. Those traditional single section mobile homes are still used, particularly in the areas where there are extreme weather conditions and natural disasters occur more often.
Another recent trend has been parks in which the owner of the mobile home owns the lot on which his unit is parked. These recent mobile homes have gained a lot of fame and are used in more and more fields. People are coming up with numerous creative ideas to utilize these mobile homes and are becoming popular too among people whether for residential or commercial use.
