First, look around the machine’s base for a small hole, and using that hole, pull it out, and set it gently to the side. If it becomes necessary to take out the top or bottom plates, there are 6 holes along each side with clips that must be gently released in order to remove them. It is only possible to remove them when they emit a distinct clicking sound, which indicates that the plate’s clips have been released. If the problem with fixing an Xbox 360 is a simpler one, such as jammed game disc, it is only required to detach the face plate. For removing a disc, trying using a small object, such as a paperclip to press in the manual release button. Adjacent to the disc reader, there are two large holes, and the location of the disc determines which button that needs to be pressed. It is not advisable to jab at the button, but to poke it gently until a small amount of pressure is felt. For more info go to: www.Fixingaxbox360.com.
