Every cat owner knows that sometimes cats find places to go to the bathroom other then their litter box. Cats can also be a little random with where they spray before they are "fixed." Everyone who has had a cat with a urinary tract infection knows that the whole house becomes a litter box, and blood stained urine spots pop up in unexpected places. As an owner of two cats, I know all the scenarios and smells. Cat urine can destroy carpet and furniture, and cleaning it is a battle.

There are several specialty products to clean stains from cats. These products are generally over-priced as they are gear specifically to target cat urine. But, anyone who has tried these products know they do not work. Often times, they are watered down, soapy, or over scented. I can not tell you how many products I used before I finally found one that worked. Some would take away the stain, until it was dry and I just realized the stain wasn't gone, it was just watered down. Some would remove the smell, but only by masking it with a pine or citrus smell. Once that masking smell faded, the urine smell would be just as strong as the day it was discovered.

The problem with all of these cleaners is that they do not actually do anything to the stain. Solvents that are watered down essentially saturate the urine deeper into the carpet. Soapy chemicals do nothing to break the stain down. Those cleaners also have chemicals which have damaged many a carpet. A good stain remover will actually get into the stain and break the structural bond of that stain. When this happens, the stain can then be lifted from the surface it had adhered to. If the bond of the stain is not being broken down, then you are not removing it. Once broken down and lifted, you are not only pulling out the stain, but you are also eliminating the odor.

Genesis 950 Concentrate is an effective product that will not only remove cat urine stains and smells, but it will do it without causing any damage to your carpet or furniture. It is safe, environmentally friendly and non-toxic so it will not harm your pets in any way. Genesis 950 is easy to use. It comes in concentrate form and is mixed with water. The water actually helps work with Genesis 950 to soak into the stain where the Genesis 950 can get into the stain. Using Genesis 950 in a mixture with warm water, stains can be lifted from carpets, rugs or furniture with a sponge or rag. For larger stains, Genesis 950 can be used in steam cleaners.

Cat urine stains can be a problem, but why let them. They are removable. You don't have to throw out furniture or replace carpeting if you have the right product to treat the stains. Genesis 950 is highly recommended and is available in pints and quarts.

Stains and spills are unavoidable. Cleaning them up does not have to be as hard as one would think. There are a number of cleaning methods, and sadly, none of them really lift the stains or remove the odors. Finally there is an end to cleaners that don't do their job and it is available at www.amerikalstore.com
