The question of who makes the best pizza goes down to personal taste and style, what may taste good for you will not necessarily taste good or be the best for me as we all have our own selective preference. For some it’s the vegetables and amount of salt in the pizza, some will go for how well the food is cooked while some will look at the cheese in the pizza.
The fans are very particular about their preference and they are not shy to discuss their opinions, whether you like pizza dough, sauce or toppings they are all the best it all depends on the recipe. Different people follow different process when it comes to making their food however the final taste determines it all. Most have us love them to have a little bit of thickness and a thoroughly cooked crust, some prefer a fermented crust when it comes to the dough but that’s your opinion since some of us don’t.
The ingredients used are the main backbone of the flavor, the one who makes the perfect pizza will balance the ingredients so that it accommodates all the fanatics. This is not easy since some will love their pizza to have some garlic taste while some don’t, excess salty is not the best but some would go for it. The cheese in it is what will most definitely convince you that the food is the best, it’s a fact we all love cheese some of us even prefer to have some extra cheese nevertheless if the baking was not good you will soon get bored with the pizza.
You don’t qualify to say who makes the best in town if you haven’t tasted pizza from at least four restaurants, if you are used to one restaurant then you never know the next restaurant may turn out to be the best. Another pizza place may add ingredients and flavors that will leave your mouth watery. You should try as much as possible to taste pizzas from different restaurants, note the difference in the taste and flavor then you would know what you like in pizza then that’s your best pizza.
The best pizza should also be allowed humble time to cook, it should not be overcooked since it will spoil the crunchy taste of the crust. I would also prefer a large one that can be cut to about 16 slices not the small pizzas you find in most pizza places; yes it’s true I would want a pizza that would give value to our money.
