Prophet Mobile Web helps companies close more sales while on the go, regardless of mobile device operating system
Avidian Technologies announced the launch of Prophet Mobile Web, the newest extension of the company’s leading line of Microsoft Outlook-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. Prophet Mobile Web enables Prophet On Demand users to access their CRM data from any Internet-connected mobile device.
"The iPhone, iPad and various Android devices have had a tremendous impact on the way companies do business," said Tim Nguyen, chief information officer, Avidian Technologies. "Prophet Mobile Web empowers users of these devices and virtually any other mobile platform with a Web browser to take their customer and sales information with them wherever they go."
Prophet Mobile Web leverages users’ CRM data stored in Avidian’s private, secure cloud. Thus, it acts as an extension of Prophet OnDemand, the Software as a Service (SaaS) version of Avidian’s award winning CRM software.
Because Prophet Mobile Web provides access to the same data as Prophet OnDemand, users can be sure they always have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips. Other features and benefits of Prophet Mobile Web include:
• Access contacts, companies and opportunity data from virtually any phone
• Secure login
• View, create or edit opportunities
• Add data/time stamp notes
• Track activity types associated with notes
• Add or edit products and services associated with opportunities
• Access and edit contacts directly from within Prophet Mobile Web
• Call or email contacts directly from within Prophet Mobile Web
"We’ve been a happy Prophet user for over 4 years now. With multiple locations across the states, the ability to be productive while away from the office is very important to our growing company," said Sean Combs, President, Steelhead Productions. "Business doesn’t end just because we’ve left the office. Our clients and prospective clients expect us to be able to answer their questions and close deals no matter where we are. Prophet Mobile gives us that capability, which is a big competitive advantage in today’s world."
Prophet Mobile Web is currently available globally. For a limited time, current and prospective Prophet OnDemand customers are eligible to start using Prophet Mobile Web free for life. Following this introductory period, pricing will start at $14.95 per user/per month. For more details, please visit Avidian online or call 1-800-399-8980.
