Since humidity allows mold to spread quickly, try to decrease the humidity level of your house up to fifty percent. When the weather is humid, you can use air conditioners and dehumidifier to reduce the level of humidity. All the rooms must have good ventilation system to allow flow of fresh air.

In order to facilitate ventilation, you can install exhaust fans in your kitchens and washrooms, so that mold does not penetrate into the walls. This process will help effective infiltration as well. It is suggested to add mold killing products in paints and white wash when you plan to paint the walls. There are many liquids available for cleaning of bathrooms that kill the mold. You must use these liquids to clean your bathrooms. Bathrooms should not be carpeted at any cost. These are a few suggestions that can be followed to avoid molds.
