Having fun is what most people wish for especially when gathered together with friends, family or loved ones. Parties are one of those social gatherings where you can enjoy interacting and having fun together. Alcohol drinking games have over the years become one very popular way of having fun especially among adults. There are various types of alcohol games that you can play. Beer pong
Games involving alcohol have always been around. One of the most popular and classic alcohol drinking games is the beer pong. This is a very simple yet fun game that involves ping pong balls, two teas, a table and glasses of beer. The game is played by two teamson either side of the table. The glasses of alcohol can be 6 or more depending on the number of people playing and are usually arranged in a triangle manner on each side of the table.
The game basically involves throwing or bouncing the ping pong balls on the table to get them inside the glasses of beer. If one team happens to loose, then they are forced to drink all the beer remaining in the glasses of the other team. Most people use normal tables to play alcohol drinking games like this but with the advancement of technology and excitement surrounding these games, special tables are available.

Basic beer pong rules
To play alcohol drinking games like beer pong, you have to first understand the rules involved. Rules may vary but they are meant to make the game more involving. The common rules involve bouncing the ball off the table and into the cup of beer. Each of the two teams has to stand on either side of the table, all the cups should be laid out in the triangular shape, standard size of the ping ball should be 40mm and the cups should be filled with beer up to a quarter.
Playing rules are: The first team to play is usually selected randomly mostly the first to land the ping ball into a cup starting, every player only has one shot for playing, the ball has to be bounced on the table and land into the other team's cup or throwing the ping ball directly into the opposing team's cup, a penalty of one cup is usually given incase a player alters the ball's path, knocks down their cup, creates a distraction or extends any body part like the hand over the table while making a shot.
The rules of the final rounds of the games are very interesting and are played according to the set house rules. The official rules of alcohol drinking games may vary from place to place therefore it is important to be familiar with the different versions available.
