Cache-Media is adding to the range of video server and playout devices it distributes, as well as offering unparalleled technical pre and post sales support as demanded by the market. All the devices offered by the media equipment specialists provide high end performance at an economical price point.

A range of Doremi digital disk recorders and video servers offer an end to end response and slo-mo performance that can only be matched by products with a much higher price. Full support for all industry standard control protocols is offered by Cache Media. The range extends from a single channel playout device, through DDR’s, multi-channel servers up to high resolution and dedicated 3D servers.

Also from Doremi are a range of 2D & 3D conversion products including the worlds first showing of the 3D Test Pattern Generator capable of accommodating all 3D formats and a wide spectrum of video formats including 2K 24fps and 1080p up to 60 fps.

We also provide a range of high reliability SD & HD multi-channel video servers from 360 Systems, which incorporate a sophisticated GUI for set up and running including control of play listing.

Complementing this range are the highly flexible and simple to use SD & Time Delay Servers. These are designed with the simplest of GUIs requiring the user to set up the delay period from a few frames to 24 hours then forget. The units are designed so that the loss of incoming video results in black on the output. Together the video servers and Time Delay find themselves used extensively as Back Up Systems, for Disaster Recovery, +1 and +2 hour channels and for Profanity Systems.

ControlMaxx is a new type of controller for VTR’s and DDR’s and Video Servers developed by Cache-Media. Based on Touch Screen technology it encompasses all the standard control capabilities as found in button based controllers but makes use of gestural techniques as found in modern touch screen devices including an innovative jog / shuttle wheel.

Cache Media have been instrumental in the development of the digital cinema market in the UK and Ireland. They are experts in developing, testing and distributing a range of monitors, delay servers and conversion equipment intended for the media industry.
