When you have a concrete refinishing project, the process will go much smoother with the right tools at your fingertips. As an industry leader in surface preparation, Lavina polishing machines offer a good overview of what is available for different jobs. Pretty much all of Lavina machines (and other brands) can be purchased from a variety of distributors or rented from equipment rental facilities, depending on the amount of time the machine will be needed. Though there are several ways to separate polishing machines into categories, this article will address them according to the power source they require: 110v, 220v, 480v, and propane.
110v electricity refers to any common household outlet in the United States. You can plug the following Lavina polishing machines into a residential outlet and get right to work in any room of your home. The Lavina 12 is a handheld surface polishing machine that works really well for very small floor spaces or countertop work. The Lavina 7 Pro is a small polishing machine that works well for edging or small residential spaces. For larger residential projects, the Lavina 21-1.5 is a budget model grinding and polishing machine. It is an economical way to get started in concrete resurfacing.
The Lavina 7N is the 220v model of the Lavina 7 that was mentioned above. 220v power is the same power that appliances use, some industrial and commercial facilities use, and many generators provide. Additional 220v models of Lavina polishing machines include the 20 Pro, 20N Pro, 21-3, 25 Pro, 30L Pro, and 32 Pro models. These are upright grinding and polishing machines, increasing in size according to the model number. The larger the machine, the more horsepower there is and the more weight there is bearing down for added grinding pressure. Some of these machines have very low profiles to help contractor and concrete refinishers access spaces which are impossible with other machines.
High voltage, or 480v, Lavina polishing machines need a serious electrical source either from a commercial or industrial electrical source or a powerful generator. These models include the Lavina 20N Pro, 25 Pro, 30L Pro, and 32 Pro. These models are also listed I the 220v category because they are offered in both versions. Lavina also offers a 30G Pro which is a propane powered grinding and polishing machine, so there are no cords to deal with.
See how Lavina Polishing Machines have a low profile to make it access different areas better.
