Need to update your upland hunting vest but not sure where to start or whats even out there. Most upland hunting vest might not blend you perfectly into your environment but beats most classic hunting jackets in convenience. Here is a list of top best upland hunting vest out there today!
The Primos Gunhunter's Vest should be on the top of your list. This vest has everything you could possibly want in one vest. Primos went out of their way to create a premium vest and they succeed greatly. The vest has the superior waterproof protection, which doesn't give you a full coverage like a jacket but if it does rain at least you will have some protection from the rain and you know your personal belongs or small gear safe and dry. The interior pocket just adds to the vest. You can keep your stuff and gear safe and won't have the chance of misplacing it. The only con on this vest is it runs larger than other vests. Some hunters don't see that as a con but a bonus as they can put layers on underneath and still have plenty of room. But that is your choice.
The Gamehide Switchgrass Upland Field Bird Vest is a more relaxed fit even with the extra weight. The vest has quilted shoulders that help with both comfort and support issues. What's nice about this vest is the larger pockets and you don't have things falling out or not having enough room to put all your gear. You can wear this vest for hours because of how comfortable it is. Also this vest is very east on the wallet but the sizes do run a little bit on the smaller side which is perfect if you don't need to layer up but if you are looking to layer up you for sure what to buy a couple sizes bigger. All in all this vest is a sturdy and roomy vest.
The Vism Hunting Vest has the best blaze orange and tan combination outside of the basic camo for hunters. One of the best features on this vest is the fully adjustable shoulders and side cinch straps, so you can fit this vest better to your fit. The two large main front pockets are perfect for a storing a box of shells or small gear and the deep rear game pocket makes carrying game easier. Another great feature is the dual quilted thin recoil pads to give you that extra protection on your shoulder. This is a great vest for a consumer-friendly low price and the only con is figuring out sizing for hunters over 6 feet , but in all a really good vest for the price.
The Gamehide Mountain Pass Extreme Big Vest has so many features not even sure where to start. One of the best features on this vest is the windproof fabric giving you added protection from the wind. The vest has some many pockets you will be able to take everything you need and won't have to leave anything behind. The nice fleece lined front kangaroo pouch will help keep your hands warm or keeping important gear safe. The vest has the built in backpack style straps, so you don't need to carry an extra backpack with you. It has a huge rear cargo pouch that makes it nice to carry your game home. The last feature is the front side zipper for easy on/off. This vest is worth every penny and isn't to bad on the wallet.
All these vests are great and worth every penny. Think about what you really need and what's important to your hunting needs in a vest. Hopefully I was able to save you some time on researching for your perfect vest and you can use that time on your hunting. As always Good Luck on your search and stay safe.
