Communication at managerial level is a challenging topic and any gap can lead to chaos. So, considering the importance of communication in business, telecom industry has come up with Call Forwarding or Find Me or Follow Me technique. With this feature user can attend incoming call where ever he want. Follow me is the key features that is available only in hosted PBX system i.e. conventional PBX system doesn't possess. Phone call forwarding lets the user to choose any incoming phone number i.e. local or international numbers for redirecting a call. While availing this feature user has to give list of phone numbers where call can be received. The call forwarding system will try each number on your phone list unless it find you. Well, if user is not available on any number then Voip phone system will leave the message on voice mail box.
User can redirect a call to toll free number either on mobile phone or telephone number anywhere using virtual PBX. With this feature, user can route calls that comes in his hosted PBX to any other number like office phone, home phone or friend's number. Beside this feature, user can even call on different numbers depending upon the convenience of time. Today, phone call forwarding technique of VoIP PBX is rapidly used by it's companies as it provides cost efficiency, functionality, reliability, scalability and security.
The IP-PBX Solutions have moved the organization to avail benefits compared to traditional modes of communication. Well, this is because user doesn't have to worry about important calls or wait of a call. To avail services of virtual PBX, user has to avail IP PBX software on their Linux operating system. The handset for availing the benefits of IP PBX are known as SIP or Session Initiation Protocol. The SIP function of PBX system helps to control telephone and redirect phone calls over the Internet. The system of follow me is extremely useful for companies where employees are found most of the time on the move or working for multiple sites.
