Q. I finished the Drivers Education and got my pink certificate. How soon can I start my Drivers training?
Ans. First, you need to take your pink certificate and the Enrollment Certificate (white) and go to the DMV and take the written test to get your permit. Then call to schedule your first lesson.
Q. So, I can drive with my parents as soon as I get my permit?
Ans. NO, the DMV will inform you that your permit is not valid until you have completed your first 2 hour lesson with an instructor. He will then sign your permit making it valid.
Q. After I finish all three lessons, can I schedule my DMV drive test?
Ans. No, you have to have your permit at least six months to be eligible to schedule your DMV test.
Q. What if I lose my permit?
Ans. If you lose your permit, you can go to the DMV and they will print another one for you.
Q. I have football practice after school, how hard is it to get an appointment?
Ans. There are several instructors and have a very flexible schedule, including weekends.

Q. My son/daughter got their pink certificate. Now what do we do?
Ans. You will need an Enrollment Certificate (White). You will take both Certificates to the DMV when you take the written test to get your permit.
Q. How much does it cost? And when do we have to pay?
Ans. The prices are listed on our website. We have several packages to fit your needs. Payment is due prior to the first lesson.
Q. Do I have to add my teen to my insurance when he/she gets their permit?
Ans. Most insurances do not require them to be added to your insurance until they have their license. But call your insurance agent just to be sure.
Q. Do we have to schedule all three lessons right away?
Ans. No, your teen has to have their permit at least six months before they are eligible to take the Drivers test. So, you can spread the appointments out thru the six months. But you do want to get that first lesson right away, they cannot drive with you until the instructor has signed the permit making it valid.
Q. After my son/daughter completes the Behind the Wheel training, do you schedule the DMV drive test?
Ans. If he/she is using your vehicle for the drive test, then you will need to schedule the appointment 1-800-777-0133. If you would like for them to take him/her and use their vehicle, then we will schedule the appointment.
