Age has become something that governs people, especially women. We become convinced that we are "too old" or "too young" to do things. This is a horrible lie that too many women accept as truth, just because many people claim it to be true.

In truth, our age dictates very few things about what we can and can’t do. Our health: physical, mental, and emotional, is what dictates what we are capable of. Even if you aren’t trying to reach outside of your "proper" age limits, every woman can live her best life, no matter what her age is.

If you feel you aren’t living your best life possible, the first thing to do is to figure out why you feel that way. Often there is something a woman is going through or dealing with on a daily basis that inhibits her ability to live to her fullest extent. This could include issues at home or work.

If there is something in your daily life that is causing anger, stress, or any other negative feelings, take a good look at it. If it is something that can be remedied, do so. It may be difficult, especially if it is something to do with a spouse, family member, or close co-worker. But more often than not, if the problem is discussed with the other person, or if you take steps to avoid the subject that is causing the problem, you can alleviate much of the negativity.

If the person or subject cannot be dealt with nicely, you may need to take more drastic measures. Removing yourself from the situation or from the influence of the problematic person may be hard, because it could mean relocating your job or home. But if the person or situation is causing problems and negativity every day, you need to ask yourself if it is worth it. Nobody should have to live with pain or depression every day, and if you can fix it, you should think very hard about doing so.

To help live your best life, you should definitely look into an exercising routine. No matter what age a woman is, she can improve her health and life by having a daily schedule for exercise. If you already have one, great! If not, talk to your doctor or personal trainer to get some advice on the best type of exercise for you. Keep in mind it does not necessarily have to be strenuous to be healthy, just a walk around the block each day can improve circulation and mood.

Another thing to think about is how you look each day. You certainly don’t have to look stunning every day in order to be happy, but just look in a mirror and think about what you see. Are you tired of the hairstyle you’ve had for the last five years? Then change it! Going to a beauty salon to update your hair and makeup can do wonders for a woman’s life. When you feel like you look good, it boosts your self-esteem and reminds you that you are a unique person of great worth.

There are many ways a woman can work towards living her best life. Some are simple to accomplish, others are not so simple, but may be crucial to living happily for a long time. Take a close look at your life and relationships, and see what steps you can take toward molding your best life.
