Mobile Phones are everywhere these days. Almost everyone has one. Unfortunately people misuse their cell phones they just don't don't know or don't care what they talk about. Some people give private information while talking on the cell phone. Well people are fighting back by jamming the Radio Frequency.

Cell phones are just two way radios and can be easily jammed to where people can not talk on them. Your cell phone works by communicating through a service network through a tower. Those towers separates the city into small areas. As you use your cell phone the signal is handed tower to tower.

The RF jammer device transmits on the same frequency as the cell phone making it easier to jam the cell phone service. It's called a denial of service attack. By which the jammer denies cell phone usage within range of the jamming device.

This jamming device takes over the cell phone by transmitting on the same frequency as your cell phone. At a high enough power that the signals collide with each other and cancel each other out. Mobile phones are designed to add power if they have any low level interference so the jamming frequency has to match the power to jam the radio frequency.

All cell phones use two frequencies. One for talking and one for listening. Some jammers only block one of these frequencies which in turn has the effects of blocking both frequencies. In turn the cell phone is tricked into thinking it does not have any service because the cell phone can only receive one frequency.

To jam a cell phone the only thing you need is a device that works on the same frequency as the cell phone. All mobile phones operate on a radio freqency and can be jammed. The jammers can work on any frequency and are very effective tools if used correctly. The range of the jammer depends on the power and local environment that includes the hills and walls of a building that blocks the jamming device.

Low powered jammers block calls from 30 feet away. While other high powered systems block cell phone usage as far as a football field. Jammers that are used by policemen can block cell phone usage up to a mile away.

Your basic cell phone jammers are just basic electronic equipment that has an on and off switch. The complicated and complex jammers activate jamming frequencies at different frequencies. The components of a jammer are very simple. Every jammer has an antenna, circuity and a power supply. Except for some of the smaller devices and they are battery operated.

SESP has been designing and manufacturing electronic security equipment since 1986. SESP specializes in the development, manufacture and deployment of the world’s leading RF jammers and bomb jammers, suitable for all law enforcement.
