Khatkhate contains at least five vegetables, fresh coconut, and special Goan spices that add to the aroma. Sannas a variant of idli and Koilori a variant of dosa are native to Goa. A rich egg-based multi-layered sweet dish known as bebinca is a favorite at Christmas an all goa resort. The most popular alcoholic beverage in Goa is feni; Cashew feni is made from the fermentation of the fruit of the cashew tree, while coconut feni is made from the sap of toddy palms.

The class of restaurants ranges from food of cheap restaurants to luxurious beach resorts cuisine. Tourists are free to move in any beach huts restaurant or five star hotels according to the budget set. Specially recommended place in Agonda Goa and Palolem Goa – both are amazing place to relax in a soothing and relaxing environment by the beach huts located right on the sea.

You can notice on the beaches of Goa that there are bar cum restaurant so if you’re willing to drink beer or other drinks to booze then it’s not going to cost you much as compare to the same stuff taken in some deluxe goa hotels. Enjoy the delicious food of Goa sitting right in front of the beach.
