The AIS certification or the Advanced Information Security Certification is a certification from HP and comes in the category of advanced level certification and is not meant for beginners in the field of information security. A sample curriculum for the AIS certification may include topics like Network penetration testing, Virus analysis, Patch management, Network Intruder detection, applied architecture security, Computer forensic investigation, Network security policy and also basic fundamental topics including Network firewall and VPN security concepts.
