Also, if your contractor fails to pay for the materials bought, the owner will be liable for all the bills that will have to be paid. Remember to get all materials bought to be purchased under the contractor company’s name so you won’t be caught in between if something ever happens. Be prepared, do your homework and avoid paying more and getting pinched for your money.
