It's more than possible to create a party in a corporate setting that will have people excited about their company and their coworkers. • Print fun flyers and banners with the company colors and add the company logo. The more fun the design is, the better. Having the company logo and colors included will help to add a professional atmosphere as well.

• Piñatas aren't just for kids! We recommend getting a piñata in the shape of a stapler or any other office item. Instead of candy, fill it with colorful sticky notes and other soft office supplies. We recommend you stay away from staples and thumb tacks, though.

• Choose a theme for your party. This will help you organize your thoughts about the decorations you'll need. If you go with a jungle theme, you can bring in some plants and have some jungle sounds on a small CD player. Any other theme, such as a local holiday, will invite its own host of relevant decorations. While Halloween might be easy, the Holiday Season will be a little trickier. Try to shy away from one specific religion, as many people in the office might celebrate differently.

• Music is fun, cheap, and simple. You can borrow a small CD player and start with some office-appropriate tunes if you like. We prefer to find some desktop speakers from a nearby computer. These usually have the right jack to plug them into an iPhone or MP3 player. This way, you can download your favorite songs and get them playing right away!

Some corporate parties and events require a bit less flair. It's important to sit down and think about the mood of the party. A very lighthearted celebration among members of your office floor could have some flair and fun.
