Here we are comparing the two gadgets in terms of their impressive features. If we talk about the Samsung I5700 Galaxy Spica, it is a latest gadget from Samsung which is blessed with features capable of satisfying the users in a better way. The gadget works on Android Operating system. The 3.2 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen of this gadget displays 16M colours with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The additional feature of Accelerometer sensor further enhances the performance of screen to a wide extent. It is used for the purpose of auto-rotation. The screen comprises of keys like navigation key, menu keys and call keys situated beneath the screen but the users prefer to input their menu as well as feature selections by using the touch activated screen controls. On the other hand, the Acer beTouch E200 works on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional Operating system. The 3.0 inches TFT resistive screen of this handset displays up to 65K colours with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. This screen lacks Accelerometer sensor. The phonebook of both the gadgets is capable of storing unlimited entries and fields.
Talking about the memory capability of the gadgets, the Samsung I5700 Galaxy Spica comes with 128 MB RAM plus it is also loaded with a memory card slot of microSD which can expand the memory of the gadget up to 32GB. As far as Acer beTouch E200 is concerned, it supports 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM. This gadget also comes with an option of memory card slot of microSD.
Both the gadgets are blessed with 3.15 MP camera offering a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. The camera of these gadgets is well capable of capturing still photographs as well as recording video footages. It comprises of autofocus feature. If we talk about weight and dimensions, both the devices are quite compact and can be handled with lots of ease.
The connectivity features supported by both the gadgets are wonderful. The Samsung I5700 Galaxy Spica is endowed with connectivity options like GPRS, EDGE, HSCSD, 3G HSDPA, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB etc. On contrary, the connectivity features supported by the Acer beTouch E200 include GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA, Bluetooth, USB etc. This gadget lacks HSCSD and Wi-Fi. The presence of these features assist the users in fast transmission of data. Both the gadgets are loaded with GPS feature which is further provided with A-GPS support. Both the gadgets are available in two colours. These are black and white.
The Standard battery, Li-Ion 1500 mAh of the Samsung model supports a standby time of up to 650 h and talktime of up to11 h 30 min. On the other hand, the users can enjoy a standby time of up to 400 hours and a talktime of up to 5hours from the Standard battery, Li-Ion 1140 mAh battery of Acer model.
