Navi Mumbai, which is one of the best planned cities in the world, has been developed as twin city of Mumbai and lies on the eastern seaboard of Thane and stretches from Airoli near north Thane. The city is as large as Mumbai and has population of approximately 2,100,000 crore, It was developed to decongest Mumbai and make it an alternative heaven. Navi Mumbai property market is, undoubtedly, witnessing exponential growth and still growing at a faster pace. Not only capital prices but also rental prices are skyrocketing in the city. In fact, many commercial organizations are facing difficulty in coping up with increasing prices.
In comparison to Mumbai, property prices are still less in Navi Mumbai and the place is not congested like Mumbai. Many IT and ITES have set shifted their base to the city and are happily operating their business from the city. Also, with the launch of international airport project in Navi Mumbai, the property prices are expected to escalate. o Chelsea, by Hiranandani Developers, is a 14 plus storey residential building offering well planned 2½ BHK apartments of 1125 sq. ft. The project is at prime location i.e Thane and offers amenities like Hiranandani Hospital, Hiranandani Foundation School, Club House, Hakone ,Entertainment, Private Bus Service etc.
o Eternity Row Houses, by Kanakia Group builders, is located at Thane offers ultra modern facilities and is a 21 Two Storey Row Houses layout.
Apart from these projects, there are many residential as well as commercial projects which are in pipeline and will contribute to overall development of the city.
