Thats not all, it is further equipped with a Proximity sensor which helps to deactivate the touchscreen the moment I bring the mobile closer to my face. Another cool feature is Accelerometer Sensor for auto Rotate which help the phone to respond to even a slightest moment or tilt which also helps the user if he/ she likes to play games and is an avid gamer. Alongwith touchscreen it also gives an option for manual keypad in the form of a QWERTY keyboard which comes into picture once the user slide the screen.

The user can listen and hum favourite songs on the go with the help of the music player which supports MP3, WAV, WMA and eAAC formats. A video player is also there that supports WMV, Real Video, MP4, AVI and XviD formats. As people say that all play and no work makes Jack a dull boy, so for that Nokia N900 has a PDF document viewer which also supports files in MS format.

To complement and store all the things Nokia has given this phone a mammoth amount of memory. The internal memory space is 32 GB which can be further expanded upto16 GB with the use of a microSD card. The phone memory can store practically unlimited number of phone entries and detailed records of call within the last 30 days.
