An honest faithful market has not been established and there are 65% European customers consider that molds made in China are cheap but of poor quality. An ideal solution for this problem is to enhance cooperation between China and Europe. European mold blocs may offer orders and drawings, while China mold manufacturers take charge of design, manufacturing and processing. Meanwhile, China may learn from advanced technology and management knowledge, so as to accelerate industrialization and improve competitive advantage of the enterprise. Take how to improve customer's satisfaction degree for example, in addition to amazing price, companies should speed up delivery time, keep high quality and establish good credit among clients. Research, design and production of a mold should be stated as clearly as possible for those customers. Every mold company may set a flagship product, enhance cooperation and promptly make reactions for customers' demands.
