A flabby chest is in no uncertain terms, not something a man would desire. Often it can be dervied from our genetics, it can be due to our lifestyle, but ultimately it can be painful psychologically or even physically.

The same concept works with fat induced man boobs, remove the fat and you will see the regularly formed pectoral muscle which defines a man's chest.

As you can see however, the problems or rather the causes of each problem are completely different. As a result of this the actions you will need to take will also need to be completely different. Fortunately around 92% - 95% of men who have a flabby chest will actually have it due to excess lipids or fats stored in their chest. This is much easier to remove than solid tissue, the problem known as gynecomastia.
