Do not be concerned, I'm not going to bore you with the environmental benefits of solar power but instead I'm going to cut to the chase. Creating your own solar power will soon be the greatest decision of your life. In reality, there will be a number of people who basically can't afford to not make use of the benefits of solar power.
Everybody is well aware of the big dollar government bailout but to help pay back some of that debt, Obama's new 2010 budget included a tremendously costly cap-and-trade energy tax on oil, natural gas, and coal. The White House has even speculated that this could amount to much more than $2 Trillion dollars over the next eight years. And if you thought it couldn't get any worse, you can plan on having to pay for this tax until 2050 when it is slated to come to an end.
To put this in perspective for you, take into consideration that the typical cost of home energy which is currently around $112.32 every month. This is estimated to reach $562.67 each month under this new energy tax. So unless you can pay for an extra $450 per month, you really will not be able to live without the benefits of solar power.
Obama is well aware of what he is doing. This is basically a strategic shift to help level the playing field and give solar power a chance to compete with the monstrous coal, oil, and natural gas companies that are monopolizing the market.
So you might want to strongly take into account these 3 benefits of solar power.
#1 Benefit of Solar Power - It Cannot Be Regulated
In fact, of all the various benefits of solar power the most important one is that solar energy itself can't be regulated. In other words, the federal government will in no way be able to control or tax you for creating your own solar energy.
#2 Benefit of Solar Power – It Doesn't Answer to the Law of Supply and Demand
As I’m sure you know, the costs of non-renewable energy such as coal, oil, and natural gas naturally fluctuate based on the law of supply and demand. So if there is an greater demand for one, the price will increase consequently.
But the attractiveness of creating your own solar energy is that it is not a tradable commodity so it does not follow the same economic law. Instead, the sun will shine each and every day with an unlimited supply of energy that will never run out.
#3 Benefit of Solar Power - It is Free, Period
Energy direct from the sun will never cost you a dime. That is not saying that there is no cost for the supplies required to obtain and use the solar power but the energy itself is free. And remember that this new energy tax is going to push energy prices sky high making the price of even a professional solar energy system quite appealing.
If you would like the most stable, unlimited, and free source of energy there is then solar power is it. Then add on all of the additional advantages to the ones stated earlier. But if you still don't see the light, then you can always look for a second or third job to help you make up for that extra $450 monthly you can plan on spending.
