Male pattern baldness is the most common type of hair loss in men. Some men experience baldness by the time they are in their 60s. Age has not been proved to be the major cause of hair loss in men as what others believed. Men should consider that their body has something to do with their going bald - it has something to do with the amount of androgens their body produce. The androgens are hormones responsible for the normal sexual development of males.

Hormones are only part of the problem but researchers are not yet sure about the causes of the said baldness. Other causes include coronary heart disease and high blood pressure, prostate cancer, diabetes, obesity and the metabolic syndrome. The amount of androgen secreted by the body is concurrent to both hair loss and lower fertility levels as the amount of testosterone but the question remains whether the problem lies with insufficient amounts of androgens or the body’s failure to convert it into the androgen needed to keep hair at normal levels?

Nevertheless, a drop in the total testosterone produced by the body means that less spermatozoids are found in the sperm. Testosterone is required in significant concentrations in order to maintain the generation of spermatozoids and a lack of the required amount lead to a lower sperm count. The good news is that men don’t have to accept the situation and have a couple of tricks at their disposal. Testosterone production is linked to the exercise of masculine traits, especially strength, and physical effort. This is the very thing that allows men to stave off or even reverse pattern baldness.

In Japan, statistics states that having a diet rich in calories and high fat, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle has been the cause of the growing reports pattern baldness cases. This means that men’s lifestyle can be of help in getting rid of this problem by trying to live a rugged life. You should go to the gym, run in the park and eat a diet rich in vegetables and fruit if the receding hairline is your problem. Avoid fatty foods and calorie-rich burgers. A healthier diet would also help you lose some weight and improve your looks.

Don’t think that pattern baldness or lower fertility is inescapable in your age. You don’t need to worry your sex life, body and energy anymore. You just have to practice a healthy lifestyle - eat vegetables and fruits, and exercise – and you can have a slimmer body, more hair and more sex for you to enjoy.

Hi. You state that "In Japan, statistics states that having a diet rich in calories and high fat, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle has been the cause of the growing reports pattern baldness cases." I see this statements (or something very much like it) frequently, but they're never referenced, and I was hoping you could tell me where you found these statistics. Thank you very much.
