Summer vacations are coming up and we all want to look our best and this usually encompasses more than just a new hair cut! So onto burning the calories off, a little exercise often is the best way to ease yourself into a new routine. Going to the gym for 2 hours and then not being able to walk for 2 days is not going to encourage you to continue with your routine. You should choose a form of exercise that you enjoy and you are therefore more likely to stick with it.
