When your alarm rings, don’t go back to sleep. Do this for a week and observe whether you feel any different. If you feel like you need more hours or fewer hours, adjust accordingly.

Feeling constantly tired gives you the perfect excuse to start eating healthier. Avoid eating food peppered with additives and preservatives. Instead, go for the fresh and the organic types.
Apricots, for example, are known for their rejuvenating powers. Introduce these healthy foods into your diet slowly so as not to shock your digestive system too much. Not only will they help you have more energy, they will also have profound and positive effects on other aspects of your life.
