The "4-fun-writing-blog" is all about giving people who like to write stories a chance to be involved in developing stories written by myself and a few friends and hopefully some stories will be submitted by the registered members.   This is a chance for you to be directly involved in developing story lines without having to write the whole story (just adding what your good at) for instance – some writers are great at dialogue only, some are good at action sequences only, some are good at descriptive scenes e.t.c, now you can each bring your own talent to the story lines on this site.  The long term goal is to create a social community of both amateur and professional writers who can have a bit of fun, get the chance to have their materials read and be involved in helping others to make their materials better.

Do you love writing fiction but you just can’t get anyone to read it? Or maybe you are only good at writing certain parts of stories. It could be that you are great at writing comical situations but not so good with the comical dialogue to go with it. Well that is what this blog and community is all about, bringing together those who need help and those who can give it. Although there will currently be no financial rewards for contributing to this project – as the amount of visitors grows and the amount of contributors grows, the site will begin to gain page-rank and advertising space will actually be worth paying for. As the site begins to gain revenue, a revenue sharing scheme will be introduced. With enough weight behind it, a resource site like this can become very popular and revenue can become very high.

When the site has gained a high enough reputation, new members will be charged a fee for reading everybody’s work and these fees will become part of the revenue sharing scheme. Eventually the site will gain enough reputation to be worth the while of contacting small time directors, producers and such like; you never know, it could be one of your stories that take’s the interest of one of these professionals.  Remember that famous old saying – "from an acorn a mighty oak will grow".  Look at all of the popular social networks around you.  Look at their readership/membership levels. The difference with our network will be that we all share a common interest – writing. But to coin another phrase – "Rome wasn’t built in a day". So if you would like to get in on the ground floor of something very special, you need to head over to (see resource box)
