What's the pay plan?

As far as commission payouts go, they are one of the highest paying in existence, with 45 cents of every dollar going back to back into the distributor network. They use a binary system, where you build a left and a right leg. Binaries can be complex to understand and its worth investing some time to fully comprehend them. Some newbie's are often duped by the spillover factor, where you can earn from people that your upline places underneath you. It often gives the false impression that you can make money without doing any recruiting yourself. This is not the case, you will only benefit from such commissions if your two legs are volume balanced (which means hard work) so be aware of this!

Can you make any money with Usana?

I have not personally used any of Usana's products so I can't comment specifically on the quality although the word on the street is that they are pretty darn good.
