This naturally gives rise to a number of health problems even as a seeming fad for health consciousness among the youth has spurred the creation of various types of health spas and weight loss diet supplement products. Bodies store the extra calories as fat when people consume more calories than they burn. This health problem affects young people as well as adults who are eating too much. In the United States, about 16 to 33 percent of children and teens are considered obese. It is sad to realize that adults seem to have fallen short of advising the young ones about the simplest weight management methods they can use such as going to the gym, eating less and taking natural weight loss supplements.
