Eat a well balanced diet. Good nutrition helps maintain healthy teeth

Have your teeth examined and cleaned every six months (more often if you have existing problems like gum disease.)
I hope you now see that by doing a little everyday will keep you from any major dental issues in the future. You may argue that you are very busy and always on the go and rarely get that chance to brush and floss throughout the day. We suggest you keep a travel dental kit with you and take care of your dental maintenance during your bathroom breaks. Simple!
