How It Works

Stop snoring spray is designed to be sprayed before you go to sleep.

It lubricates the soft tissues at the back of the throat so that they will no longer vibrate, temporarily at least. Many sprays also contain anti-inflammatory ingredients that help to keep the airways open.

What Are The Ingredients?

Stop snoring sprays are totally natural and made mostly from essential oils. It is these oils that provide the temporary lubrication that prevents the soft tissues vibrating.

Some of these oils are menthol in nature and thought to be good for the airways when it comes to snoring although there is no real scientific evidence to support this assertion.
