Every one of us need to have a diet plans because they are essential in leading a healthy life. There are many diet plans which you can choose from depending on what you are looking for. Some diet plans restrict proteins while others carbohydrates. There are other plans which suggest alternatives like soup recipes and food like cookies. Some diet plans also follow phases. In all these diet plans there is a similar recommendation which is lots and lots of fruits and vegetables.
Below are some of diet plans that can be applied to a healthier life but they have some demerits and merits. The first one is the artkins diet which is meat based diet and recommends no fruits or vegetables that are starchy. It also recommends less consumption of carbohydrates hence reserving fats as sources of energy. The artkins diet is effective for crash or fast diet. It is not healthy at all and does not show any practices on good nutrition and gives rise to cases of cancer.
There is also the cabbage sour diet plan which is a seven diet plan that comprises cabbage soup. There is a proper distribution of all healthy foods within the seven day period. It gives a recommendation of taking in multi vitamins which is good for fighting stress. This diet plan focuses on a scheme of losing water. It is a very effective plan for fast dieting and has no serious effects like heart problems. Nevertheless it may cause weight gain when one does not continue with the diet.
The cookie diet plan entails you to eat cookies the whole day instead of breakfast and lunh. However dinner should be comprise a sensible meal. Cookies are made of fibers and amino acids and can make you feel full at all times. It applies to those who skip lunch and have a lot of work and is easy to take as there is no need for any preparation. However it is not good for one to make it a diet scheme since there are limited flavors available.Other diet plans includes a three hour diet, eat to live diet, the raw food diet, somoma diet plan , the south beach diet plan and the vegetarian diet plan.
