  2. Self-control- One should have mixed food type containing proteins, carbohydrates and fats. This provides your body all the required nutrients that keep the metabolism high and helps burn more calories. Eating of processed sugar should also be minimized. One need not completely reduce the consumption of his favorite foods to lose his weight.

  3. Intake- One should try his hard to eat more fruits and vegetables while he is on a weight loss program. He must limit the consumption of sodas. He must eat in a smarter way.

  4. Outdoor activities- It is not required that you need luxurious gym apparatus at home for the sake of enjoyment while undergoing weight loss program. You can also try cycling, walking or jogging as these exercises give excellent results when done with great effort.

  5. Slow your eating speed- One should slowly swallow everything in his mouth before he takes a second bite. This helps one in taking lesser food quantity. One must not eat his food with a greater speed.
