Although there are many types of housing in the Philippines today, such as apartments, townhouses, and most particularly condominiums, many Filipinos are still looking to buy a house and lot for their own. Though many other types of housing have become very popular because of its benefits, houses are still known for its own benefits in which Filipinos can truly enjoy. So what are the advantages of owning a house?
No rental fees
The advantage of owning a house from apartments is that residents wouldn't have to pay any more rents. Although apartments are far more affordable compared to houses, many Filipinos still finds houses to be more cost-efficient, particularly now that new and cheaper house and lot for sale Philippines are being made available across Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.
Affordability
Compared to condominiums and townhouses, houses have become far more affordable. Though there are townhouses and condominiums that allows such modifications, many of these do not. For condominiums, residents would usually pass a letter of request for modifying their units before they do their modifications. These can either be accepted or denied. Condominiums are also known for their restrictions, such as no pets allowed within their compound.
