-Do you keep your spouse or roommate up all night with the noise you make while sleeping?

-Do you wake up in the morning not feeling totally

rested?

-Does this happen to you more than a couple of times a week?

I know it does!

2 out of 3 partnered adults have a spouse that snores! AND Nearly 85% of snorers go beyond 38 decibels, which is equivalent to the noise of light highway traffic!

Everyone snores occasionally, but if you are a chronic snorer you may genuinely have a real pressing issue. Snoring is a considerable problem that

can not only affect you, your health, and your ability to focus; but it can also affect the people who sleep in the same room and sometimes in the same house! This short article will look into what snoring is, what causes snoring, and the different ways to cure your snoring. Snoring can be a consequence of sleep apnea or another serious medically related condition. If it is a medical condition then you should seek out the aide of a physician.

Snoring was considered harmless for a long time; today we are aware that snoring can be a sign of Upper Respiratory Resistance Syndrome or obstructive sleep apnea, either of which can be vitally

hazardous. Snoring is more common in men than in women with almost half of all men snoring while only about one-third of women do. In spite of your gender, snoring can be more than just a concern in your

life and can lead to or be a warning of several other health complications.

There are basic exercises that pinpoint the muscles and body parts connected with your snoring. Snoring is produced by a vibration in the soft tissues at the back of your throat, including the uvula and the soft palate. These vibrations are caused by your breathing passages either being blocked or severely narrowed. Drinking alcohol or taking medicines that cause drowsiness can also result in the likelihood of increased snoring. Alcohol affects the part of the brain that regulates breathing and can cause you to over relax the muscles in your throat and tongue, restricting air movement and blocking passageways. There are various things you can do to cure snoring problems. For some people it requires a more disciplined lifestyle change than others, but several things you can do to help cure you're snoring problems include:

  • Sleeping on your left side.

  • Losing weight.

  • Reducing your consumption of alcohol.

  • Quitting or reducing the amount of cigarettes you smoke.

  • Elevating your head while you sleep.

Here Is One More Free Tip!

Believe it or not, one of the worst things a snorer can do is go to bed angry. If you have had a fight with your spouse or a bad day at work, use some of the methods in my book to relax yourself before you go to bed. When you go to bed angry, your (muscles are tense and tight. No matter where the tension is, whether in your neck, your shoulders, your gut, it will adversely affect your jaw and throat. When you get tense your airways will be constricted and you will snore guaranteed.
